  • SUMMER 2023 - childrens' pool available
  • Cottages in the 1st row are located directly in front of the water, distance from the water approx. 15 m. 
    The cottages in the 2nd row are located behind the cottages in the first row, distance from the water approx. 40 m.
    The price includes: utilities, swimming pool in the summer season. In winter and autumn, 
    the price includes firewood for the fireplace.
    In case of interest, we will provide the so-called basin, fishing boat available for a fee.
    Stay with a pet only with the prior consent of the owner/operator. In the case of dogs, consent can only 
    be granted for small and medium breeds, the so-called fighting breeds are prohibited. In the event that
     the guest does not provide information in advance that he is interested in staying with a dog, or another pet, 
    the owner can, or the operator refuses to accommodate. The paid deposit is non-refundable. Stay of the dog,
     or another pet is charged EUR 25/stay.
    The quoted price offer is valid if the client orders the appointment and pays directly to the operator,
     based on the issued invoice. In case the client wants to use the services of an intermediary, such as BenefitPlus,
     the amount of the intermediary's commission will be added to the price. The above applies to the months of June - August.
  • Check in: from 14.00 to 17.00
    Check out: from 8.00 to 10.00
    
    Outside these hours, we are not in the premises of Chata Mara, and for accommodation after 19.00 and check-out 
    before 8.00 there is a fee of EUR 10.
    
    A deposit of EUR 150 is paid in cash upon check-in in case of damage or theft of the inventory or damage to the object. 
    In case of damage or theft, only an adequate part of this damage or theft will be deducted from the deposit after
     the end of the stay.
    
    The local accommodation fee is 1 EUR per person/night, it is not included in the accommodation price.

    Cancellation of the reservation and delivery to us by e-mail or telephone more than 30 days before the start of the stay,
     the full 100% of the deposit is returned.
    Cancellation of the reservation and delivery to us by e-mail or by phone 29 to 14 days before the start of the stay,
     50% of the deposit is returned.
    Cancellation of the reservation and delivery to us by e-mail or telephone 13 to 10 days before the start of the stay, 
    25% of the deposit is returned.
    Cancellation of the reservation and delivery to us by e-mail or by phone 9 days or less before 
    starting the stay is a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit. The deposit is used as a cancellation fee for canceling
     the reservation.
    Cancellation of the reservation and delivery to us by e-mail or by phone 13 days or less before the start of the stay
     in Summer II is a cancellation fee of the full 100% of the deposit. The deposit is used as a cancellation fee
     for canceling the reservation.
    Cancellation terms and payment terms for Christmas and New Year's Eve: 100% advance payment
     upon booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not returned to the client. At the same time, 
    a change of residence is not possible. In the case of measures related to the pandemic, such as a curfew, 
    which will not allow the client to start the stay, the deposit will be returned to the client, or he can
    choose an alternative date in the period determined by the provider. In the case of other restrictive 
    measures that do not prevent the client from embarking on a stay, such as determined max. number of people, 
    requirement of vaccination, tests, quarantine, illness, etc., i.e. subjective reasons, the deposit is not returned to the client.
    ​​​​​​​ If alternative dates are available, 
    the provider will allow the client to move the date.
